the heart is made of muscle tissue and can have spasms. if it does, there's something wrong and you need to go to the ER right away.

Coronary artery spasm is a temporary, abrupt, and focal (restricted to one location) contraction of the muscles in the wall of an artery in the heart, which constricts the artery. This spasm slows or stops blood flow through the artery.

Yes, the Heart has a Muscle so I believe it can Spasm out.
How about that wonderful eye spasm and thigh cramp.
the worst the arch of the foot.Ouch!!!
