had chest congestion before but that is better now; chronic problem since 2 years; may have some fluid filled abcess in trachea. Please provide a lasting and sure remedy

Since you mentioned the chest congestion, were you on antibiotics before you noticed the difficulty swallowing? Sometimes, antibiotics will cause Candida esophagitis. If that's it, and you can't go to a gastroenterologist, try eating yogurt. There's other problems that make swallowing difficult, so it would really be best to see a gastroenterologist for a definite diagnosis and treatment.

If it is near the jaw area, it could be a gland, which means you could be coming down with a cold. Be sure to make an appointment with your doctor just in case its an infection.
