I dont think you mean a "real" salad. I'm a former corrections officer and during cell checks the most thing that we found are jelly packs. Grape and Strawberry are the most popular.

I'm not sure what you are talking about....On a salad I'd use salad dressing.On toast or muffins I'd use jelly.On pancakes I'd go with syrup.I can't say that I even know anyone that would use jelly or syrup on a salad.

They are laughing at you... but 1 TBL of some apricot or peach jelly in with your italian dressing is quite the subtle enhancement for a salad...
