When tossing a salad which do you prefer to use? Syrup or Jelly?

I dont think you mean a "real" salad. I'm a former corrections officer and during cell checks the most thing that we found are jelly packs. Grape and Strawberry are the most popular.

I'm not sure what you are talking about....On a salad I'd use salad dressing.On toast or muffins I'd use jelly.On pancakes I'd go with syrup.I can't say that I even know anyone that would use jelly or syrup on a salad.

They are laughing at you... but 1 TBL of some apricot or peach jelly in with your italian dressing is quite the subtle enhancement for a salad...

That made me think of a little verse I once heard and for some reason always remembered. I think it might have been by Spike Milligan: "I eat my peas with honey; I've done it all my life; It makes the peas taste funny; But it keeps them on the knife"
