As you've no doubt gathered by now, your B/P is fine. 60-100 is okay for a resting HR but 98-115 is a little high. As for the chest pains and SOB, which can cause dizziness, without diagnostic results in front of me I couldn't say what's causing this. It could be anxiety, it could be stress, it could be a disease process, it could be lot of things. I don't know and I'm not going to suggest something when I don't know.

See your doctor about this. Report your symptoms to her/him. While you wait for the day of the appointment, keep a log of the dates & times these events occur, the duration and exactly what symptoms you have. Measure your heart rate (pulse) and record it.

I think your BP is OK. Your pulse rate is a little high especially if you exercise regularly. I have a high pulse rate too, which the doctor thinks is odd in someone who is physically active.

I would get this checked out though. You can have a heart problem without it showing up as a BP problem.

Your BP is perfect. However, your pulse is too high. An average pulse is about 70. You should probably get an appintment with your doctor and make sure he is aware of the dizziness and any other symptoms you are experiencing.

Your blood pressure is normal, buty our pulse seems high for age. Possible reasons include:

1. Hyperthyroidism - overactive thyroid - this is a fairly common condition and its presence can be detected by examination and blood tests.

2. Anxiety - this is self explanatory

3. Pheochromocytoma - this gives rise to episodic rapid heart beat and is a tumour of the adrenal gland - rare

4. Anaemia - if your haemoglobin is low.

5. Atrial fibrillation - is irregular heart rate because the atrial chambers of the heart are not beating regularly.

6. Exposure to stimulants (nicotine, caffeine) or illicit drugs.

I have tachycardia and am 22. My resting heart rate is 95-100. When sleeping, it drops to about 80. When I get up and moving around it sometimes shoots up to 110. When I get scared, it is often in the high 120s. I am on medication for it 3x a day. See your doctor and get a cardiologist. He or She will advice you medically! Feel better!

Well, I would say nothing is wrong...most ppl's pulses and blood pressure fluctuate drastically during the day. i have anxiety and my pulse runs anywhere from 80-140 and my blood pressure can go up to 160/100...so trust me!!! a high pulse is nothing to worry about! My doctor said when u feel that it is high to not take your blood pressure...it just creates anxiety and makes it go higher.

your blood pressure is just normal. I am a bit concerned about the high heart rate. I am just wondering if you have a cardiac arrhythmia. have u ever checked your blood pressure when u have the chest pain and the dizziness?

I have a friend who have Atrial fibrillation (AF). His heart rate is usually higher than normal if he has the AF. He also have chest pains, feels dizzy and shortness of breath. I am just wondering if you have this.

The best thing you can do is ask for an ECG or EKG from your physician. also tell him the symptoms that u have been experiencing.

Panic attacks could be the culprit, as could generalized anxiety. But if you're not feeling anxious, and still have a pulse this high, I'd see a doctor.
