I like Honey Mustard...it really tastes so good on a salad with almonds and strawberries, or even small bits of pineapple. And Vidalia Onion Dressing..Surprisingly, you can find it at all those cheap Aldi stores.
Italian is always good...plus it can be used as a marinade, as part of the sauce in pasta salad..or just by itself..I think it even tastes good on toast.--But, I guess Honey Mustard is my fav..even the fat free varieties are good.

Homemade avocado:
1 ripe avocado
2 Tb lemon juice
1 tsp Spike (more or less-- to taste)
2 tsp nutritional yeast
3 Tb light flavored cold pressed oil
about 1/2 cup water--- to make a thick creamy dressing
Blend together--- Keep refrigerated and covered and use with a few days.
Its also yummy as a sauce poured over brown rice, anything Mexican, tortillas chips etc.
Bottled: Annie's Sesame Shitake

My homemade dressing. It only takes about 5 minutes to make.
-1/4 cup olive oil
-2 tablespoons FRESH lemon juice
-1 clove garlic, minced
-salt & pepper to taste
I just stir it all together with a fork.
There's plenty of bottled dressings I like too, but it's not hard to make it fresh yourself and I think it makes a world of difference.

Ranch. But I also love Hot Bacon Vinaigrette. A chef that works in my kitchen makes it. It is delicious. I even eat on foods other than salad.

I'm French, and we do a great one, not at all the way you're used to in restaurants
Peanut or sunflower oil
Dijon mustard (Maille is the best)
Vinegar
salt & pepper
Mix all those ingredients, taste as you go and add what's missing.
This dressing is a little tingy, vinegary, spicy, very good with all kinds of salads
Bon appétit,
Mouchie
