I need non-slip shoes for work. The only shoes I have been able to find with a non-slip botton are leather. Any ideas on where to find an animal friendly version?

Birkentstock has a line of "professional" shoes for nurses, cooks, doctors and other such professionals who need anti-slip and anti-shock shoes. They have animal-friendly versions. Check out www.birkenstockexpress.com.

You also might try Earth shoes. I know they have a lot of vegan choices, but I"m not sure if they have an anti-slip version. They're quite anatomically friendly, though! :-)
