Cat corpse usually comes from the ground, so I would suggest any root or tuber. Try potatos (Yukon Gold) and maybe beets for some color. If you are really daring, parshnips are sweet and always unexpected. Stay away from anything leafy. Cat is a dark meat so you want something that matches.

Rhubarb leaves goes well I've always found as it compliments the rather robust flavour of the decomposing cat. Serve with a robust red wine.
