hepatitis is a biggie... because the enzymes in the liver deplete which is why many people with hep have slightly yellow eyes or skin, like jondous.
There are treatments for diseases like syphillis and ghonorea, but anything gone untreated can have its health risks.
and the new biggie HPV.. 'aka' cervical caner.. caused by a virus. There are many forms of the viris but the 2 main strands account for over 70% of cancerous cases. HPV can be completely harmless, and 80% woman will come in contact with it at some point, however if one does it fact cary HPV and develops cervical cancer, especially if left untreated, could defenatly shorten a life

Syphilis is the primary one. It's killed pretty much regularly for centuries. Although there is currently a treatment (antibiotics) for it, there is now anti-biotic resistant Syphilis.
Addition: Ok, I knew about Hepititis but just didn't think of it as an STD because you can get B&C in other ways as well (saliva, tatooes, etc.). Yes, it's an STD that kills too.

You may also get hepatitis b & c through sexual contact. They are incurable and very dangerous and infectious when active. Your life expectancy is shortened considerably.
