it is normal to have some arrhythmia post-surgery. if this persists, go back to your cardiologist and ask for an ecg to see what is going on with your heart.

Drop beats or arrhythmias or extrasystoles are not a good sign after valvular surgery. I will special recommend that you report to your cardiac surgeon on emergency basis, and get yourself consulted.
