Call her doctor immediately. They should have told you whether or not she needs to be on total bed rest. She could have been lightheaded due to being in bed a long time, but I wouldn't play around with what I didn't know for sure if I were you.
Next time you speak to the doctors, ask what symptoms to watch for and how her recovery should go if all is going well.
Good luck to you. I hope her recovery goes well.

GET HER TO AN HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY. It might be nothing. Or it could indicate the start of congestive heart failure. The low blood pressure could be from sleeping, but it also could be from her heart not pumping enough to keep her pressure up. This isn't the time to "wait and see what happens."
Good luck. My prayers are with you both.

Be calm Peter...It could be a side effect to her medication, and that can be changed. To be on the safe side call Doctor On Call, or whatever emergency number you have for your local hospital and tell them exactly what happened. They will tell you what to do. Everything will be alright. God Bless.

Could she maybe have just gotten up to fast, sometimes if we stand up to fast the blood ruch makes us light headed. The question you should ask is how she feels once she gets her balance back.

Perhaps she got out of bed too quickly, causing her to get dizzy. Do what you think is best but since you took the time to ask us, maybe you are hesitant to call just yet.
