Every individual's blood glucose levels depends on so many things and can only be determined by your doctor. They do have general averages in which people are told to keep there BG levels but these vary from person to person. Mine is between 90-120 for a healthy bg level, but my Mother's was at 105-150. Speak to your doctor to find out if you're at risk and if your levels are healthy.

It depends on the lab/individual machine, but most quote about 80-110 mg/dL when you are fasting (ranges at my hospital). It will be higher for a few hours after eating.

WebMD lists 70-110
