I've already got -- burgers, dogs, crabs, fish, chicken wings, corn on the cob, cut veggies and dip, and seafood salad on the menu (in addition to an array of beverages), but it seems to me that something is missing. I'm open to suggestions. Thx.

You're a bit top heavy with protein dishes! Here are some thoughts:

1. Chicken legs, thighs and breasts (marinate in Italian Dressing overnight and grill away from direct heat)
2. Sirloin Burgers (mix ground beef with herb and garlic dry soup mix, parmesan cheese, eggs and breadcrumbs, grill medium)
3. Polish Sausages (steam in beer before grilling)
4. Cole Slaw
5. Spinach or Green salad with Vinagrette
6. Red potato salad with onion, garlic, mayonaise, sour cream, crumbled bacon, salt and pepper
7. Pasta Salad
8. Vege platter with Ranch Dip
9. Corn on the cob (if you really don't think you have enough already!)
10. Baked beans
11. Cookies, brownies, cupcakes

Unless you're planning a crab feed, you really don't need fish and shrimp at a barbecue. However, you can also have prawns and dipping sauce, crab legs with drawn butter and teriyaki salmon if you want to go that route.

GRILLED VEGETABLES :
4 zuchini
2 eggplants
4 yellow zuchinis
olive oil
thyme, salt & pepper

In an aluminium foil, put all the vegetables that you would have sliced or diced, the salt, pepper, thyme and olive oil,
close the foil but leav a little opening, and cook on the barbecue.
Very simple and very tasty. In fact you can do the same proces with any vegetables.
Portobella or wild mushrooms are great like this.

SKEWERS :
Diced sirloins steaks
Diced chicken liver
Diced green or/and bell peppers
Sliced onions (thick)
Cherry tomatoes

On skewers, slide a piece of vegetable, one of meat, one of liver, etc. Salt and pepper and voilà

VEGETABLE SKEWERS :
Same as the grilled vegetables, but on skewers

MUSTARD SARDINS (or Macquerels) :
Cleaned sardins
Onions
French mustard (Maille is better (Walmart), but Grey Poupon will do)
Salt & pepper

Stuff the fish with sliced onions and spread them with the mustard. Salt & pepper. On the barbie they go

LAMB CHOPS or rack of lamb, or lamb leg (but for this one, spray some French mustard on it too): Spread some crushed garlic on the chops, some thyme & sage, salt & pepper

Have fun

Try putting some of your cut veggies on kabobs. Put veggies of the same consistency together so they have the same cook time, i.e. red & yellow peppers with onions or carrots & sweet potatoes together. Brush with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic. Grilled pineapple rings are fun to.
