For me, these work,
Cinnamon,
Milk,
RED Grapes (a few NOT a handful),
RED wine (on occasion and NOT before bed),
High fiber foods,
Chromium (found in tablets and vitamins),
low carb diet,
eating less but more often (3 low carb meals and three snacks distributed throughout the day)
Exercise
Water
And the one that is not "natural" but very important - Taking my meds on schedule

There are no so-called natural ways to treat diabetes.
A person who has diabetes may find some help from some herbs but thye are by no means the first line of defense.
They do not substitute for a good endocrinologist and and diabetes team to treat you.
Education is the most important.
Good luck

There are several herbs that might lower your blood sugar as a side effect, but I would not recommend you replace your prescription medications. Natural ways to lower your blood sugars include eating fewer calories particularly simple carbohydrates (sugar), increase exercise and weight loss.
