i was doing missionary work and this married woman in.w.va kept comming on to me i couldnt stand her . i was.19. she was .46. and she has.4. children as well a husband as well i couldnt stand him i knew i had this so i gave her this just to do it her husband was gone and in her trailer is where we well had sex at . can i get in trouble for doing this to her i am treated myself .and she dont go to a doctor she to me different times .

No, you can't be prosecuted for giving this woman a curable STD. Not in West Virginia, anyway.
However, the real trouble is not in the world of mankind. Rather, God will judge you for what you did to that woman. You are on a religous MISSION, and you sinned in the most malicious way. You committed adultery out of hatred and you may have made this woman infertile with this infection. You deliberately tried to rob this woman of her ability to bear children. You should be ashamed. Hope that God will have mercy on you, and ask for forgiveness.

Are you certain that she contracted the disease? Depending on the particular disease and whether or not you were showing symtpoms has bearing on the varying chances of transmission.
If she finds out that she got an STD from you, and you already knew that you were infected (can find out through the CDC), she can sue your vindictive little butt.
I'd like to close this with: you're a sorry piece of work. You hurt an innocent person that liked and trusted you in order to try to hurt someone else.

i must say young guy that you are very corrupt. Its interesting how human beings operate. You KNEW you had something and used it as a WEAPON. I think there is some law to that. I wont lecture you, but go to a counselor followed by church to rid yourself of this bitterness you harbour inside you..
