There is no cure for diabetes. There are effective treatments that include diet, exercise, and often medications. Medications vary with the type of diabetes and the severity of the disease. Every diabetic is different.
There is a lot of interesting research including stem cells, bariatric surgery, and new medications. However, none of these have achieved a cure. Anyone who is trying to sell you a "cure" for diabetes is scamming you.

Unfortunately there is no cure for diabetes. There is treatment and ways to battle the disease. There is a website you can check out which gives some of the latest treatment and medication info http://www.battlediabetes.com/

Physicians and qualified medical personnels are well aware of the modern day treatment of "Diabetes" (or even of any disease )..so it is not always a good idea to search for the method of latest cure of diseases in websites..unless it is your business or subject of study or research topics ..

No cure yet, just treatments, and many work quite well.
