Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

He could have given it to you. If he slept with a woman that had a yeast infection before he slept with you, she gave it to him. Even though it is not an STD, women can pass it to men if they don't get treated and if they have oral sex you can get it in your mouth too. Both of you must be treated, if you plan to continue to sleep with him, you'll just pass it back and forth to each other. I used to be prone to getting yeast infections, a yeast infection looks like curdled milk, does it look like that, if not it's something else. It's an hormonal thing, some women get some don't

your partner can catch a yeast infection from you. You shouldn't have sex until you have been treated for the infection.

Yes he could have passed you not only a yeast but an STD. Check with your doctor or your local health department. They will have to know what you have before they can treat you.
Good Luck
