First off count your calories. I was eating aprox. 3500 - 4000 calories a day. I cut down to 1200 -1500 calories a day and I drink tons of water, that's all I drink actually. I cut out coffee, sodas. I also bought some exercise DVD's and I have lost 10 lbs in one month!
Good Luck. It's hard but if you really want to lose the weight you will do it!

Weight Watchers

Ive failed my whole life at losing weight, and for once Im winning. I havent worked out once while on this program, and ive already lost 15lbs in 8 weeks!( so imagine the results if I would work out!!)
Its really easy. You still eat what you want. The bottom line is this:
Less calories,less fat more fibre!
And you can get some pretty good food with that combo!
I would 100% recommend this to anyone who cannot or has unsuccessfully been able to lose weight! I have plenty of success stories to tell!!
Goodluck!!

Choose healthy foods in moderate portions. Fad diets will not help you keep your weight off. You need to learn how to eat in a healthy way (lay off the junk food, eat lots of veggies and fruit, and lean meat) and exercise. If you have a dog, something as simple as walking him briskly for 45 minutes a day can make a big difference. Again, weight-loss "magic pills" will not help you in the long run. Learn how to eat correctly and you'll never have a weight problem again.

Ok, i asked my trainer this same question when we first started out together. He told me that I should first change my diet. Eat healthier and try not to snack too much. He then told me that I should try and get on a treadmill/elliptical or walk outside for at least 30 minutes a day. After a while you should add more time onto your cardio and add in crunches and other exercises to tone up.
