Yes, I like lamb chop / roasted lamb whole leg with mint sauce / mint jelly!

In Beijing, I have tried the hot pot and putting thinly sliced baby lamb meat in the soup (like sabusabu) the dip the meat in a mixture of different sauces and spices (you mix it yourself), the taste can be very unique (because of the sauce you made) and this way of eating lamb is very famous there!
My dad is good at fixing long braised goat /lamb with miso, garlic, ginger, water chestnut, mushroom and bean curd sheets, a very famous Cantonese winter dish.

I love lamb. I cook it often and my fussy kids who won't eat anything but burgers and chicken have started eating it too. They love it now too.

I find it very tasty and eat it often in restaurants, but I don't cook it at home because the smell is too strong.

Yes as long as it is cooked just right. Mint jelly also makes it special.
