This isn't very healthy. You body needs more nutrients then are found in the foods you listed. You should definately add some green veggies and more fruit to the day. Also our bodies need fiber from whole grain sources so you should eat more than one of those a day also. Protien is also important and, although there is some in soy milk, you should also consume some legumes (beans, peas, seeds) to get all the essential vitamins and nutrients.

The special K diet consists of replacing two meals a day with Special K and soy milk or low fat milk and then a normal dinner- you will lose 10 pounds in a month. Your diet is too restrictive and you will lose weight, however, once you stop the weight will return rather quickly.

That's not healthy at all.
At the very least you should be eating 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day [and more like 4 vegetables and 1 fruit] and you need some whole grains. You also need to be drinking 64 ounces of water every day.

No, where's the leafy green vegetables? You need the orange and green veggies and a few berries in your cereal. You should also eat more calories in the day. Less than 1200 is a starvation diet and your body metabolism will slow down to preserve itself.

no. its not. if thats your way of loosing weight its not helping...because the less you eat , your body begins to think that you are involuntarily being starved, therefore the body's survival instinct kicks in and it begins to store everything you eat as body fat. even if you eat very little, all of it gets stored as body fat. its very unhealthy. you should it small healthy meals but frequently through out the day therefore they get burned up and metabolized easily. also rather then soy milk which i find taste bad try rice milk which is not made from soy but from rice. it tasted really good.

it might work for a few days but your going to start to get weak and tired because your got getting enough energy!
If you want to lose weight then try this... it actually works very well if u stick to it.. but you can only eat the following foods
salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot,celery,corn,capsicum,cucumber, onion)
Soup (chicken and corn, veggie or pumpkin
chicken stir fry (chicken n veggies in low fat sauce)
cereal in the morning
fruit
w/meal bread
1 egg per 3 days
6+ glasses of water per day
20min walk in the morning

no, thats not healthy at all! You need protein, vitamins and minerals from a good balance of foods, including fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, starches, etc. You need to talk to a nutritionist. You are doing a huge disservice to your health. And too much soy may make you develop an allergy to it.

No. Where are the 5 servings of whole grains, fruits and vegetables? Where is the rest of the protein?

I'm sorry but no. Your breakfast is just fine but you need to eat normal servings for lunch and dinner.
If you are new to vegetarianism and need tips on recipes try looking up a vegan recipe website on a search engine.

not at all, you can eat, just watch what you eat
eat some oatmeal, eat nuts and seeds, eat fresh fruits and veggs, if you can't afford food, you can grow them, if you can't grow them, you can buy frozen vegg and canned fruit and dried fruit that way they can be stored and it's cheaper.
you need to eat more than...your 300 calories per day
you need at least 1500.....
