yes i know we cant have sex with plants but my bio lab professor wants more than that

Because we can't screw/have sex with plants. :3


I believe most plants have both sexes, and can clone themselves. So they have both male/female cells that are needed to make baby plants. Insects carry pollen form plant to plant, which fertilizes those plants, etc etc.

EDIT - Plants are Asexual. They also show no visible sexual organs. Pollen/seeds could be considered the cells, but..yeah.
