I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

you can eat some sugar , but different foods will either have a long slow rise in blood sugar or a short spike. Short high spikes are worth avoiding.
Have a look at this site http://www.glycemicindex.com/
it discusses how foods release sugar into the blood.
Your diet plan with portions or exchanges will also help.
Just avoid things like orange slices in syrup with an extra spoonful of sugar :)

Yes....you can eat fruit. You can eat other things with sugar like candy as long as it is in moderation. According to my diet I have so many servings of carbs I can have each day. How I use those servings of carbs is up to me. I try to use most of them by eating fruit, bread, and other whole grains but occasionally have something like candy or other sweets.

Fruits are also high in sugar which is called fructose. When you eat fruits, make sure you don't eat an entire bowl of fruit in one sitting. As much as possible, have small portions of the fruit that u fancy.
