What is Normal Blood Pressure? Normal human daily Blood Pressure Range can vary widely, so any single blood pressure monitor reading is not reliable. BP must be taken at different times of day, to determine AVERAGE blood pressure over time.
What is important is your AVERAGE BP, or MAP (Mean Arterial Pressure) over time.
Or, where are those numbers sitting MOST of the time?
Normal MAP is about 93 mm of mercury.
But, look for a doctor.

High blood pressure usually has no symptoms. In fact, many people have this disease for years without knowing it. Having high blood pressure (hypertension) doesn't mean you're tense, nervous or hyperactive. You can be a calm, relaxed person and still have hypertension. The only way to find out if you have this disease is to have your blood pressure checked! A blood pressure test is quick and painless. It can be done in a doctor's office, hospital clinic, school, nurse's office, company clinic or at a health fair.
A single high reading doesn't mean you have high blood pressure, but it's a sign that you need to watch your blood pressure carefully. If your blood pressure is normal, get it checked at least every two years. If you have prehypertension, or if you have a family history of high blood pressure, you're at higher risk. Your doctor will tell you how often to have it checked.

Find someone who knows how to take a blood pressure...school nurse, a CNA, a firefighter, an Armed Forces Medic...and ask them to take your blood pressure.
If it is 140/90, or higher, after 5 minutes of rest...you have a problem. If it is 130/80 or higher, or if the numbers are less than 20 apart (120/106, for instance), go see a doctor.

they have machines that will check it wherever prescription drugs are sold, if you don't have the money for the doctor, no insurance, etc. don't play around with those machines and be sure to release the pressure if it get's too tight; it's easy to take them too far and you'll get lightheaded or whatever and won't be able to turn them off when need be. in fact, if that does happen that's a good sign that you have high blood pressure right there.

if your reading is like over 120/100 go to the doctor and get checked out.

Im not a medical professional so dont take this as medical advice but from my personal experience, you really dont know unless you have it checked. I dont think most people your age have to worry about it although I developed high blood pressure in my 20s and now I take a daily pill to control it.

Try your local WalMart, Drug Store or Pharmacy and see if they have a free machine to check the blood pressure. The instructions are on the machine.
