no, there are skin STDs, such as HPV, that do not show up in blood. HPV in particular is found by examining the genitals and doing a pap test. unless warts are present, guys show no signs of HPV, however it can cause cellular abnormalities in women that lead to cervical cancer. watch out for it! get your paps!
