I don't believe that wheat grass has been proven to impact cancer or prevent it. There is a large group of people who feel that it helps, but their information is strictly anecdotal. Of course, if someone really believes in something the belief can affect the body. Something like the placebo affect. Here's a link to the website of a proponent of wheat grass juice therapy.

Wheat grass contains almost all the minerals. Fresh juice of wheat grass contains a much higher amount of vitamin C compared to the fresh juice of mosambi or orange. 100g of wheat grass contains 18,000 international units of vitamin A. Many physicians consider vitamin B17 (laterile) contained in it to be an effective remedy for curing cancer. The chemical formation of the wheat grass juice bears a close resemblance to chemical formation of human blood. Both the liquids are alkaline and both of them have the same pH. And that is why wheat grass juice is digested and absorbed quickly in the body. It mixes with the blood very soon and reaches out to every cell in the body.
