EXERCISE!!!, eat organic, buy low sugar and low fat things. Don't buy anything with "high fructose" "hydrogenated" whole wheat is good, if the ingredients are weird things you haven't ever heard of it is probably a chemical so don't buy it. Cut down on sweets, fats, buy healthy oils, don't eat less just eat healthy.

since you post in the veggie section, I am assuming you mean a vegetarian diet. You can lose weight quickly by eliminating meat, and adding in lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and whole grains such as quinoa, millet, rice, etc. Healthy nuts, legumes, beans, pulses and lentils are a great way to add protein. I can't wait for bikini season this year-I am going to look my best ever, and I am 43 years old

switch to whole grains fresh fruit and veges
not too much carbs lean turkey ham and chickne no beef eat yogurt fat free and no snack foods
try whole grain blue berry pancakes with sugar free syrup like log cabin its delicious
salads with turkey or chicken
tuna fish
salmon
fish is really good no breading on anything

One of my favorite things to have for lunch is crab meat with a little mayo & sliced avacado. (mmm I had it today). Bumble Bee has the imitation crab meat in the packets like they do with the tuna- it's only $1.50 - so its cheap, easy to make & yummy!

well i don't know of foods that taste good on diets and actually help u keep up with your goal, i think u should eat lots of fruits and make your own fruit smoothies/juices at home, they are really good and really nutritious, and yes excercise, thats how i lost wait, hope this helps!!!!

cut back on your sugars for one (artificial) and exercise daily and always eat right. Doing all natural sugars is fine.
