veg is good, u should not eat non veg, it is tasty, but it is not good for our body, u can see that western countries are going to being vegetarian now, coz they know that non veg is not good for our health, and it affects also mentally do u know? so go for veg only.

For me, the key in this (as in most things) is to decide what you're comfortable with and carry it to its logical conclusion. By this I mean, work to avoid inconsistencies in your behavior. If you're a vegetarian for ethical reasons, you also shouldn't be wearing fur or leather. Similarly, if you can't stomach the realities of butchering meat, perhaps you shouldn't be eating it. Be honest and consistent with yourself and see where it takes you! Good luck!

there are many advantages of a vegetarian diet, if done properly. you can go to the extreme of veganism, if it is done correctly, but i've had friends return to non-vegan diets in accordance with their doctors orders
if you are contemplating going vegatarian/vegan for ethical purposes, consider a switch to free range and uncage animals. and remember, PETA is McDonald's largest stock-holder, and as a result, McDonald's is an industry leader in the humane treatment of animals used in food processing.

That depends what you think "good" is.
To me, consuming rotting animal flesh is far from good. To me, the higher risk of certain cancers and heart disease from meat is not good.

Whatever you prefer and your body doesn't reject is good. Each person is different and has their own preferences and beliefs. Your body will usually accept whatever you want to do. Personally, I have to have meat every week or so or I feel empty and unfulfilled, no pun intended. Hope this helps!!!

It depends on your fooding habits and physical exercises.
By nature human beings are Vegetarians as well as Non-Vegetarians.
If you look at vegetarian animals (like goat, Cow, Horse, etc. etc.) you will find that their back teeth's are broad and flat, like molar teeth in our mouth, they are meant for crushing the food, where as in flesh eating animals (like dogs, cat, tiger etc. etc.) you will find sharp teeth, like canines in our mouth, they are meant to tear the food.
So, in human mouth you will find a mix of non-vegetarian animal and vegetarian animal set of teeth. i.e. molars and canines, which indicates by nature human beings are vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
But excess of any thing is harmful. One should concentrate on vegetarian food but at the same time should not ignore non-vegetarian food, (which is an excellent sours of nature proteins and fats)
Our meal should have 20% of Non-vegetarian food and 80% vegetarian food.
Remember that does not mean Non-vegetarian food is not good, it is equally important but ratio has to be maintained
