Is this homework?

Based on the 70 kg Male Caucasian:

Vt Tidal Volume (or TV as you put it): 500 mL
IRV, Inspiratory Reserve Volume: 3600 mL

ERV, Expiratory Reserve Volume: 1200 mL
VC, Vital Capacity, 4800 ml
FEV1/FVC: is usually around 75 to 80%

MRV? I don't know this term. Are they asking for Minute Ventilation? Minute ventilation is usually around 5-8 Liters per minute... based on the average tidal volume of 500 mL x average respiratory rate which is 12-20 per minute. So, it should be about 4-10 L/min, but most textbooks have it at 5-8 Liters/min.

Good luck.
