I think my weight is fine for my height but this is creating problems with my reproductive organs and I am hoping to one day have children and I don't want this diabetes problem to interfere. I know I have to take care of my self but were do I start. Any one out there can help, PLEASE???? I do not eat greens, my parents never taught me. What can I eat that can help me control this diabetes?

I'm sure other answerers told you that you need to see a dietician. Which, of course, is the only way that you can be assisted in what you can eat. I'm sorry, but your health comes first. You have to nourish yourself one way or the other. Have 3 meals a day and snacks in between your time. Skipping meals is not a wise choice to do, as in you will lose energy and can cause you to have the symptoms of hypoglucemia, and trust me, been there, done that. Its not a pretty feeling. My friend, follow my advice. *In the mean time, see if you can get some cook books for diabetics, while you wait for your appointment*

You need to set up an appointment with a nutritionist, if you haven't already. They will be able to tell you what you can eat and how much. They are really helpful. I had diabetes while i was pregnant.
