Diabetics can have a lot of things nowadays, but in moderation. My mom is diabetic and drinks Crystal Light (not in a slurpee drink though - just regular Crystal Light). She is also able to have regular desserts in moderation. Best thing for you to do is check with your doctor though - esp. if you are on insulin. You don't want to go into insulin shock.

Look at the carbohydrates, and the sodium. Read the label and see if it contains anything that your not suppose to have. Count your carbohydrates if it does and see if you have had your limit. Women 2-3 Carb servings, men 3-4 carb serving less if your trying to lose weight. If you don't know then ask your doctor to refer your to a diabetic program. You can learn a lot that can save you from suffering and losing your eye sight ,heart, liver, feet. These classes are covered by most insurance plans and should be free at your local health Department. It takes about 10 hours split up in to three classes and a nutritionist that can explain it one on one. You don't have to give up your life, but you do have to watch what you drink and eat. Take care of yourself.

a lot of diabetics concern themselves with the level of carbohydrates in a food as they convert into glucose. a lot of glucose makes your blood sugar rise. crystal light slurpees have quite a few carbs so drink carefully.

If you are sure they are made with Crystal Light, then they are OK. If you aren't sure, then don't drink them.
Crystal Light uses artifical sweeteners and has 5 calories per 8 ounces, and 0 carbs.
