I am a freak about Mexican food, one of my favorite spots on vacation is Mexico, specially Puerto Vallarta, fresh seafood, authentic Mexican dishes and very cheap.
I love Mole Poblano, Tortilla Soup, Guacamole,
Cochinita Pibil... Oh god I could go on all night mentioning dishes, definitively one of the most complex, cultural and flavor full cuisines there is.

No, I don't like Mexican food - I LOVE IT!!!
Fajitas are one of my favourites. I adore spicy hot food, and Mexican hits the spot.
I often toss plain nachos on a large plate or tray. Finely chop red and green chillis, sprinkle them and grated cheese over the nachos. Place under hot grill until cheese starts to melt (careful the nachos don't catch). Serve with home made salsa...Yummy starter!!!

Yes, some of it, but I like curries, fryups, and loads of other things as well. I put Mexican food toward the top of my favs list.

Absolutly love it. I'm from So. Calif. and love the mexican food down there. I'm in the Northwest now and I call it the Northwest's version of Mex. food (bland city). I love Chile Verde (hot) the most.

I had chimmieechangas (sorry but I can't spell it, but that is what it would sound like) once and I was a changed man. They are one of the finest things I think I have ever had the privilege of enjoying in a restaurant. I had to put the brakes on because I was starting to go overboard on them!

Yes, especially homemade enchiladas or picadillo, or pollo con arroz, or my fiance's awesome chalupas with ground beef, refried beans, Goya picodagallo, and cheese with lettuce and onions on top... and then there's ground beef with bell pepper, onion, roma tomatoes and cheese layered on top of Frito's with lettuce layered between chips, and topped with picante sauce. I also love carne guisada tacos with cheese, and salty barbacoa with a little grease seeping onto the side of the paper bag :) I'm starving:)
