It's almost impossible to get genital warts without having sex! What you're probably looking at is the normal bumps that are on the genitals. Are they in a regular sort of pattern? If they are they're just the (sebaceous glands?) I think, or something to that effect... everyone has those bumps.

Yes, sexual activity (including oral sex and petting) are the only way to get genital warts which are caused by a virus called HPV. There are over 100 different strains of HPV.
A few cause cancer...ie cervical cancer or penile cancer.
Warts can show up in as little as 3 months after contact with an infected person or they could take years to show up.
It is possible to be infected with HPV and not have any symptoms.

If you have had contact with someone who has warts yes...If you have touched a man (below the belt) that had warts or any oral contact..You can also get them around your mouth..Even if a guy didn't show signs of having them, they can still be spread. I would recommend getting into a gyno asap just to be sure. I don't think there are any cures but you can get meds to help reduce breakouts and the possibilty of spreading them.

As far as I know genital warts are from unprotected sex. See your doctor and find out what is going on with you.

If you've never had sex, it's unlikely you have genital warts. Make an appointment with your doctor and have whatever you've got checked out.

It's not the only way, but certainly the most common. Check with your doctor for better information.

If you have never had sex or rubbed on someone naked it's probably razor burn or something else harmless like a swollen sebaceous gland. I had one once on my labia and it was really itchy and swollen.
