I am told sometimes housewives/moms cook food that someone like me who doesnt cook at home but misses desi food, can go collect and of course pay for. It happens a lot in US, but I cant seem to find anyone here in London

Because there are so many Indian restaurants in London that make great food! It's probably not very lucrative for the home cook over there to pursue this avenue.

i have found while i was there in london there are quite a few there (restaurants) in the knightbridge area ( down from harrods) are i believe 2 or 3 that are really gooood !!
