Nope. It's not my job to make the world a perfect place. Once you start letting people manipulate you with the "greater good" game, you lose all control of your life.

On the other hand, I just might start looking into the background of this strange guy who walks around with three chickens on him. Doesn't seem quite right, does he?

I am a vegetarian and a big animal lover. That is a very clever question. I would save two other chickens by eating one but who is to say some one else wouldn't kill the two other chickens i saved anyway??!! The chicken would probably come straight back up again so i wonder if that would still count??!!

Since the person is so bent on getting me to eat meat, I would tell them "If you kill 2 more chickens, I will eat YOU!"

Then I save lots of animals that this idiot would have killed in his lifetime.

na...
I'd just get the killing implement they had and threaten them
then run away with the chickens and set up a farm somewhere in eastern Europe

No I'd just kill them first!

Seriously this is the type of question idiots used to ask me when I was still at school and they were trying to convince me to not be a vegetarian.

It's still annoying as it's a pointless question-no-one will ever say this to me in real life so it doesn't matter.

They wouldn't have to threaten the life of any thing. I would gobble it down without thinking of it. If people ate less chickens there would be less of them alive than there are now. Producers would stop breeding them and the chicken race would become extinct. Same with pheasants, partridges, salmon, cows, sheep, pigs, rabbits, turkeys, men, women, children, etc something has to consume them to make way for the next generation and it might as well be us omnivores.
