Landis ... I've heard of this too. On a recent health topic program that discussed the various types of twins, they referred to the rare case of twins that formed in a rather unique way, thus instead of looking the same, they were a reflection of one another. I cannot honestly say that all their organs were affected; I just don't recall. But they showed images of the twins to help demonstrate their facial features also have this "reflective" quality as opposed to being identical in appearance. Additionally, I recall a comment about the heart of one twin being "backwards," so to speak.

It's rare, but not that rare. 1 in 10,000 suffer from Dextrocardia. So with about 138,000,000 people being born each year, that is 13,800 people each year being born with Dextrocardia. So celebrate, the person sitting next to you could have the same condition!
