That's a hard one,
West Indian food is so good, I am sure most people from the islands would agree but, I'm American so, I have to go with grandma's cooking, Soul Food, its great anytime of the day, love it because its nothing like home cooked food no matter wherever your from.

I LOVE Soul Food,there is just something about Soul Food that is so good and comforting!! Whenever I am having a bad week,I love to prepare some of the following things for a really good Sunday dinner:
Fried Chicken
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Macaroni and Cheese
Collard Greens
Buttermilk Biscuits
Black eyed peas
Baked beans
Fried catfish
Sweet potato pie with vanilla ice cream on the side.
Soul food is all about spending time with your loved ones and giving thanks for all of the blessings in your life!! I love to have a house full of company on Sunday so we can all enjoy some good home cooking!

chinese food! i'm a chinese. As in eliminate, nicely, I favor Indian food because in Malaysia, Indian food are available in larger kit for the same fee, they offer more suitable rice!
