I just felt my heart pounding really hard for about 3 minutes. It was when I was sitting down watching TV. Now I kinda feel this tightness in my chest. I'm kinda breathing differently because I found that to help a little. I'm 13 years old and pretty healthy. I'm a vegetarian, so maybe I'm getting some nutrients? Is this something serious?

Whoops, I meant to say that I could be not getting some nutrients.

i don't think it has anything to do with your nutrient intake. Sounds like you are having an anxiety attack. If it keeps happening then you might want to tell your parents to take you to the doctor.
