I've been vaccinated with Gardasil. And no, it did not bring my period on suddenly. The vaccine would have NO effect on your menstrual cycle. It's not a hormone.

Are you young (under 20)? If so, it is normal for your periods to be irregular. If your period came on suddenly after taking Gardasil, I think it would be a coincidence. I think you are confusing a normal affect of adolescence with a vaccine side effect. Don't worry, things should normalize in time. If you think there's a problem in general, see your doctor.
