shortness of breath help?

im 17 and about a week ago i couldn't breathe it felt like someone was standing on my chest and now i got to take deep deep breaths to get a full breathe and it happens suddenly and lasts a while whats wrong

any presure in the chest area shoule be looked at by a doctor so please go get it checked out

If it felt like someone was standing on your chest about a week ago that was your clue that you should have seen the doc immediately. Not sure what you are waiting for but go see your doc.
