You can take over the counter sinus meds like I did and eventually it goes away. But it always comes back, shortly after. You need to have antibiotics, nasal spray and maybe even a decongestant. That was the only way to get rid of mine

After the infection goes away, continue to use the nasal spray (saline) to help prevent future occurences.
