Yeah thts true. As a Biology student i guess i can say that there is EVERY possibility of being infected thru oral sexual activity. Of course, being unhygienic does matter, but one can ALSO be infected by a VERY hygienic person too. since most of the STDs are transmitted via body fluids there are quite afew chances of being infected. Diseases like Chlamydia, human Papillomavirus (HPV), Gonorrhea, hepatitis(a few mutlitple strains),n HIV are easily transimitted. ANY kinda of microscopic cuts or bruise on the mouth parts or the genitals increases the risk of infection. Performing oral sex on a HPV infected can infact increase chances of getting oral cancer. The lining of the organs involved do contain the body fluid capable of transmitting the infection. The cells lining the mouthare capable of transmitting the infection....just check some of the sites given below.for further clarification if u want, coz wht i have written in my answers is what we learnt in our Biology and sex education classes.

First AIDs isnt the same as HIV. You become infected with HIV first and then later throughout a course of years it develops into aids.
As far as stds go yes you can contract any of them through oral sex though HIV is lower risk then actual intercourse.
The best way to educated yourself on STD is to go down to a local clinic or your doctor to get some of the pamplets and ask questions.
Diamond if you are really a nurse Im glad you aren't working at my hospital because you would be required to go back to school. Yes its true hiv can be spread through bodily fluids but you make it sound like just swapping spit will cause someone to become infected and that probability is so slim it almost doesnt exist.

Virtually all STDs can be caught via oral sex. Even HIV, though it's harder to catch it that way.
Though some diseases can be caught by poor hygiene, none are actually STDs. Most STD agents (viruses, bacteria, etc) die fairly quickly when exposed to air.
Hepatitis can be transmitted via poor hygiene, and perhaps staph and strep can be caught a little more easily through poor hygiene, but for the most part hygiene isn't a large factor in most male urinary tract infections. It's a much bigger factor with women, give such a short urethra and the proximity and cleaning habits a woman may have after defecation.

Hi Buckroot,
If a guy doesnt clean himself as well as his body that is not a responsible person and he shouldnt be someone to get involved with at all.. it's possible that if he's not clean enough it shows sighns that he is vary sexual active and doesnt care about who he sleeps with or who he affects or infects if he were to have a disease and in most cases if he does he wont tell you, even if there are no lesions, bumps, rash, puss, spreading from his penis there he could be infected with either aids or an stdm remeber even if his penis looks clean without sighns of bumps some diseases lye dormant in the body just waitng for the next host to infect, oral sex is just as dangerous, thers a chane he could have herpes and spread that to you, using condoms with oral sex is much safer..when i was younger my mom and i went to a community center to learn all about aids and other diseases thats another good option for you as well. be careful and take care of your self..

definite - regrettably so - that's phenomenally consumer-friendly. i'm sixteen and - in college - those issues take place regularly occurring and you will possibly desire to take heed to approximately it regularly occurring. i've got not engaged in any form of sexual kinfolk and am proud to nonetheless be a virgin......for now. As on your daughter asserting that your no longer 'residing in right this moment's international' - that's genuine with lots of mum and dad - mine lined. it extremely is the 21rst century and themes on modesty and purity has replaced fairly among little ones. I propose, my mum and dad may well be bowled over in the event that they knew what the youngsters in my college stated. And that's somewhat unhappy that fogeys do no longer comprehend those issues because of fact in the event that they did they had have the flexibility to offer useful suggestion in 'right this moment's international' with out sounding like they do no longer comprehend what they're speaking approximately - which in basic terms makes little ones resent them and for this reason the 'rolling of eyes look' is so regular. anyhow, i wish you and your daughter form this out.

You can get almost all STDs through unprotected oral sexual activity. It is VERY TRUE that you can get HIV through that. EVERY TIME you do oral, you MUST use a condom!

ANY OF THEM!!! The penis and vagina can spread std's even orally!!! Even without ejaculation. Also any body fluid can spread aids, hepatitis and other diseases. Always know your partner and practice safe sex.A condom can be worn even for oral sex.
