To put your mind at ease i would suggest you see a doctor so they can take a swab and get it tested, the results will confirm if its herpes or not. I know for a fact that with the onset of herpes the area does become itchy, then blisters, and after about a week is healed. But pls put your mind at ease and see a doctor, that way you know for sure.

LOL, I'm a girl answering a guy question but I'm also a nurse. It's probably just an inverted hair. When it get "ready" it will easily rupture and go away so quit irritating it before it's ready to pop. It it doesn't go away in a few days then see a doctor.

It could be an ingrown hair, but if you are concerned, I would definitely go have a doctor look at it. Even though you have not had unprotected sex, it is possible to contract herpes through oral sex.

Might be from sweat and hair. Like not showering after the gym or something. If it is that, then it should go away after a few days, but may want to consider shaving. Good luck.

It could be herpes or it could be an ingrown hair. I would go to the doctor just to be sure.
