You don't really need to tell them.

The only reason doctors prefer virgins to get the vaccine is because chances of the girl already being exposed to HPV is really low. If she has had sex then chances of her being exposed to HPV are greater.

You really need to be careful though being sexually active at 15. Young people have the greatest risk of contracting STDs.

You don't really have to tell them you're sexually active. I assume you're talking about the HPV vaccine. You can get HPV from things other than sexual contact. I'm not sure if you need to get the shot if you already have HPV, but I don't think it's a bad idea to do so because there are many strains of the disease and you probably wouldn't have contracted them all. Since you very well may not have HPV anyway, just go to get the shot and ask the doctor what would happen if you were already infected. It's a good question!
(On the other hand it's good to be open with your parents. You have a guilty conscience!)

What do you mean an STD vaccine? There is no such thing... unless you are referring to the new HPV vaccine, which is not an STD. This vaccine is a good idea, because 90% of women contract it at some point in their lives, and it causes 70% of cervical cancer...

As far as being sexually active, your parents don't have to know that in order for you to get the HPV vaccine. You need to tell the nurse the truth, but she cannot tell your parents if you don't want her to. All that she can tell them is whatever you say in confidential and she cannot share the information.

Good luck and best wishes!

it particularly isn't any longer the STD you should be apprehensive approximately, it particularly is the CERVICAL maximum cancers that the STD leads to. it particularly is why it is important so you might get this vaccine. you don't be attentive to which you will stay unwed or a virgin for something of your ife, and information are showing that a million in 4 women folk have HPV already. it particularly is the main basic STD, with hardly ever any indicators in any respect, until you get that one pap smear that exhibits odd cervical cells and the wellbeing practitioner tells you it particularly is maximum cancers. Get the vaccine.

this is to prevent cervical cancer and other diseases in females caused by certain types of genital human papillomavirus (HPV). The vaccine, Gardasil®, protects against four HPV types, which together cause 70% of cervical cancers and 90% of genital warts

the vaccine is most effective in girls/women who have not yet acquired any of the four HPV types covered by the vaccine
---the 4 things are pappiloma infections herpes or any other disease like cancers or wart--- if u do not have anything then is ok
