B vitamins, especially B12 are best.

Good wholesome exercise will strengthen your body.Vitamins B1,B6 and B12 combination helps to strengthen nerves.Meditation also helps calm the stress and soothes the body from within.
I suggest you try all of the above suggestion it will surely help your nerves

take breathing and relaxation classes at home.anyone can do it.slowly breathe in and slower breathe out .learn to be in control.soon you;ll have nerves of steel
