I am positive you miss some words from your question if you are wondering if vegan woman eat enough yes they do as a vegan you have at hand nutrient healthy food and you have not seeing vegan women if you did this would not be your conclusion about them

Yes, if they want to.
Vegans are against the use and exploitation of animals.
Much like a cow's milk is for baby cows and a chicken's period (eggs) are for chickens to fertilize and make babies with, a human's breast milk is for human babies, and humans' sexual excretions are for human sex.
If a guy or gal wants to use or ingest another (willing) human's bodily excretions, that is totally up to them.

hm? i know some fairly, well...chubby vegans! I ma not just saying this, i would describe them as fat, but they arent really thin. nad they are just a tenny bit over normal...but she is short,
and my other vegan friend has been skinny her whole life.

not if they are true to thier "ism". You've gotta get out more, I myself know of a couple of 160lbs + vegan hefers and know that they are the small ones of thier circle of friends. "Never judge a book by it's movie"
