Wow. That's actually a hard question for me! Hm.
I guess I really like Lightlife's "Chicken" strips. They are really versatile and they take seasoning well.
I also like Soy Delicious "Turtle Tracks" frozen dessert.
Snyder's of Hanover (the Pretzle folks) makes these delicious Soy Crisps. They're kinda like potato chips, but are not. They are light, waffle-shaped crisps flavored with Parmesan and garlic. Yum!
I only you said "product" as opposed to "products", but there are three that tie for me. :-)

Commercial product?

Anything soy? A chocolate tofu cream pie with yuba pie crust and homemade whipped tofu topping! You wouldn't know you just ate more usable protein per slice than a steak. You also wouldn't know you were eating soy and tofu. Now that I've got the Soyatoo I think I need to make another pie!!

I would say soy sauce because I am guessing it is fermented for a decent time. I have heard that and soy products that have not been fermented for at least a year? are dangerous to consume (even though it is so common). I don't know who to believe though some say it is so wonderful and healthy- others say it is unsafe and poisonous. So I wouuld reommend any soy products that have been fermented for some time. Then, just eat in moderation. Also soy sauce is my fave because it goes with all cooking, plus you can mix it with lemon juice and dip avocade sushi in it! Yum!
