Hey sweetie. No matter where you have it you should have fun. Do it in your back yard, decorate your fence or what not. As long it's you and your friends, what's the problem? It's your birthday you should be allowed to have fun and party. I understand the problem with your parents not having alot of money so you're trying to help her out and at the sametime I hear you on the fact that your house is small, just have a few friends come over to your house and hangout, or take all the girls out to the mall.

Good luck and happy birthday! <3 GiN

If you can find a quaint place with a gazebo and electricity, you set up for an evening dance... hang white chirstmas lights everywhere and play awesome music. The only cost would be food and you could ask some close friends to help you decorate. Invite a ton of people and dance!

Skating, It's not that expensive to have a party there. They have different pricing. Also at show time cinema they also have a party deal there where it's pretty cheap, Or a sleepover with a couple of friends, go out to eat. Hang out in mall, rent movies/games.

will you can still go park where there is pond for play some sports or have picnic where everyone bring food.. or something small.. bring boom box...(it depend on your location of what state or if cold area..

Or invite your closes friend for sleep over or you go over friend house and have some other friend there.. but you would need another parents to say yes on sleep over.. or just have pizza party and talk about boys... or fashion.. Or you can think of saving your parents money on not having party and wait to you are 13 or wait to sweet 16...

Host a murder mystery party! It's like a real-life version of clue. All your guests will come dressed up as a character and tries to figure out "who done it"... These games are tons of fun and are great for parties. Check out this link: http://murdermysterygames.com/.

thats too bad about u guys not have money :-(

i would say, ask a friend or family member if u can use their house for your birthday party. since u guys don't have much money, instead of asking for presents, ask everyone who comes to your party to bring something to eat like a potluck party! sit around and play board games! thats ALWAYS fun! wish u lived nearby, i'd let you borrow my twister game!

have fun, and have a good birthday party!
