Im age 17 and have usely have a average pulse rate of 78-99?

should i be worried?

I came out of hospital 3 days ago from a punched lung that caused me to have 150-170 pulse rate without going down now its fixed.

I suffer from high anxiety, don't eat healthy food, drink alot of caffine and suger.

went doctors today said it could because i've not drank alot of fluids and im dry
