How do you know for sure that each girl has no STD's? Have you seen their test results? Also if one had a yeast infection you could inadvertanly pass it on to the other girl or pass it back to the one who had it. Unprotected sex is not an option in this day and age. It is way to risky so get protected now before you catch something or you give one of them something that other might have. Think with your head not with your sex organs.

Having a medical background you could still get urinary tract infections and/or yeast infections depending how clean the area is and possible you can get them pregnant if your not careful, the pull out method got me 2 kids so be careful. You want to make sure 100% that the other two girls don't have anything going on the side... You cannot be with them 24/7 so the best advise is to sleeve it or leave it...

Are you sure you don't have chlamydia? This can be without symptoms in a guy, and can lie dormant in women for some time. What kind of sex life does the second woman have (does she have another bf too?)?
As long as you don't do nasty things like go from anal intercourse to vaginal without washing first, you all will probably be all right. This is a form of polygamy, after all, and polygamy is as old as the hills.

well unless you are all tested and have results to show each other you never no is some really is "clean."
There is also the possibility of one or even both contracting a particular type of yeast infection should you forget to shower in between having sex with them. Then they will really know you were cheating.

Wait a minute, are you cheating on your girlfriend? How about you stop screwing the other girl and then you won't have to worry about anything.

when you have sex with someone you are having sex with everyone that they have had sex with too, if you are spreading the joy then you are increasing your chances of getting a STD
