I'm in desperate need of some protein, and I'm Vegan (of course). What things can I eat?

-tofu
-nuts

There are many veggie burgers that are EXCELLENT sources of protein. The vegan Boca burger has about 13g. or so I believe.

Also, many fake meats have lots. I eat a brand of tofurkey (Smart Deli) that has tons.

Not to mention, beans. If you put some beans and brown rice in a wheat tortilla with some soy cheese, you have a super-filling meal, full of lots of protein and fiber.

All pulses cut up lentils , Green Lentils with which you'll make sprouts you'll get it at Whole Foods (or is also a few Indian Grocery retailer named Moong Dal ) . Beans, grains and soy products that are vegan are rich in protein. Protein is in everything though...even veggies.

Soybeans is a good optional choice.

Try drinking soy bean milkshake with pearls...
it delicious.

Try quinoa, its like rice, but higher in protien.
