That would be considered a "new" symptom reportable to your doctor.

Nobody here is qualified to answer a question like that. "most" heart attacks will come back with elevated enzmes and will show up on EKG's You may of had an anxiety rush which caused the woosh feeling or a skipped beat trying to catch up call Palpitations. If the doctor checked you out and said your fine then either believe him or get a second opinion. We cannot really tell you whats wrong.. we know nothing about your physical condition, age or if you have High blodd pressure. Almost everybody I know whos had a heart attack had high blood pressure. To be safe and not continue to worry it can make you start to imagine things are wrong and If you have medical insurance or don't care about a $2000.00 bill, some morning go to a good hospital you feel comfortable with and walk into the emergency room and tell them you do not feel well, you have this pressure in the center of your chest that feels like indigestion. You'll get a very good response.. EKG,Blood work and xrays.. And if that comes up clean as well then try to forget about it.

Sounds like you are anxious, and anxiety with a legitimate reason is definitely NOT obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
So- what to do?
Sounds to me like you are feeling a little blown off and not comfortable. How about asking for a stress test and/or second opinion?
And then, make an appointment with a trainer who has a degreee in exercise physiology (big difference from just being certified) and some experience in cardio and/or rehab.
Find out what kind of workout you can do without making you feel bad, and that is within safe parameters for you. And go from there.
